- Personalized, customized, or made-to-order products
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@boboshop.us with your order number and the reason for your return request. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5β10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can review and resolve the issue promptly.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to our error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
